Remote Learning Information – Autumn 2021
Schools are currently only required to provide remote learning for pupils who need to self-isolate in relation to Covid-19. As it stands, the only pupils who should be self-isolating are those who have at least one of the 3 official symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19 and in these instances, it is likely that the pupil will be unwell. We would not normally ask pupils who are unwell to complete school work at home, therefore instead of automatically sending home remote learning for pupils self-isolating, you will be asked when reporting your child’s absence whether you would like any remote learning activities to be provided.
If you do request remote learning provision, this will be provided by your child’s class teacher via email and in line with the remote learning policy.
