Year 3 have been learning about Stone Age art. We have explored how to mix colours to create the tones and shades seen in cave paintings. We also used grids to recreate works of art accurately. After studying some of the art of Jean-Michele Basquiat, we discussed how his work is influenced by cave paintings.
